All staff at TOG are level 3 qualified in child care development in the Early Years and are also highly skilled in supporting children with a variety of special educational needs including physical and medical disabilities. We use a Somerset total communication approach which includes signing and the use of photos and provide a stimulating environment, planning for each childs individual needs in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

We are lucky enough to have level three trained bank staff that we can call on as and when needed, please see TOG reception board or phone TOG if you would like more information.
We have some lovely ladies who give up their time to volunteer to come and help out and play with the children. For more information on who volunteers at TOG please get in touch or see our reception board.
We also have students on placements with us throughout the year. All our students have their suitability verified by their College or School and are supervised during their placement by Helen Charles.
TOG’s Management Committee
TOG is a registered charity and is run by a Voluntary Management Committee. We warmly welcome and actively seek Parent representatives on the Committee so that Parents can help drive forwards the services we provide. An AGM is held every November to which all Parents/Carers are invited and if any parent is interested in joining the Committee then please speak to Allison or Helen. Meetings are held once every half term and usually in the evenings.
